TheWELL House Etiquette

In order to provide you with the best relaxation experience possible, we ask guests to observe the following code of conduct throughout their visit.

  • Respect the silence.

  • We ask that guests refrain from using their phones or cameras either on site for privacy of all our guests. Take this moment to disconnect!

  • To preserve an atmosphere of relaxation, we ask that guests wear loose fitting shorts or a bathing suit (not bikinis) and bathrobes or towel on the site. The bathing suit must offer sufficient coverage, for men as well as women.

  • Guests must wear slippers & towel or bathrobe. You must bring your own or can be purchased.

  • Please bring your water in an unbreakable container.

  • For hygienic reasons, please use a towel to sit in our dry saunas.

  • Behavior deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated (ie. exaggerated displays of affection, aggressive behavior towards our staff or other guests, intoxication due to alcohol or other drugs, including cannabis).

  • The site is reserved to those aged 18 years old and over.

  • Guests may be asked to present an identification card to access the site.

  • TheWELL House is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

We reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises if spa etiquette is not respected, without any compensation on our part.
